Comparative effectiveness research (CER)
Leveraging state of the art methodologies to evaluate and compare different healthcare strategies to support evidence-based healthcare decision-making
- Feasibility assessment and statistical analysis plan development for meta-analysis and indirect treatment comparisons (ITC)/Network meta-analysis (NMAs)
- Conduct head-to-head meta-analysis using individual patient data (IPD), aggregate data, and/or mixed data
- Conduct ITCs and NMAs to support the comparative value of product for global as well as country-specific payer submissions
- Conduct parametric and fractional polynomial NMAs for time-to-event outcomes
- Conduct anchored/unanchored population-adjusted indirect comparisons including matching-adjusted indirect comparisons (MAICs) and simulated treatment comparisons (STCs)
- Conduct multi-level network meta-regression (ML-NMR), and individual patient data (IPD) meta-regression
- Conduct target product profile based NMAs to evaluate and support the value of a product at early-stage development
